finally

After years of longing, I am finally (again) the proud owner of a piano. This is a digital piano, which means I didn't have to pay for a crane to get it into my apartment, and back out and then into wherever I move to. No plans for that currently but you never know. It also has volume control, headset jacks, various piano voices and of course, a demo button. It has weighted keys (which make louder sounds when you hit them harder) so it plays like a real piano.

My favorite part is the organ setting. Stephen says I'm sensitive and wonders how I got along so far without an outlet. The fact that my favorite part is the organ setting proves his point. I hate that!

i like this picture. pretty good right?? one to show the kids (should there ever be any). they can say "wow! look how lively and youthful she looks! not like she does now, all tired and mad all the time. and she's SO skinny! at least compared to how she is now" god i hope not. may there never be a time in my life that i can't just pop out to go skating. i would also like to avoid being worn ragged on a permanent and neverending basis.
