baby ham/west end rail path

this is a rare moment of me not being painfully shy. this is at my birthday party. it's my friend's coat. in the background is the little shelf thing just inside the apartment door that we for some reason called the "747". does this make sense to anyone else? it looks exactly as i remember it.

looking at that photo, is it really any surprise that i take pictures like this now?

i digress. the other day we went for a spin on the west toronto railpath. i definitely recommend it. it's not super long, but it's a different side to the city that somehow feels very much like an integral part of the city. quiet but well-used.

this is my favourite building along the way.

this path is such a good idea. i would love to see more of them (so that i can use to get somewhere instead of just going for a bike ride on it...) it just makes so much sense. so much to see and do in this city, i'll never get bored of it.
