weekend update

summer is here, and it's officially awesome.

here is the rundown.

weekend started thursday with the metz/rusty/fucked up/off/descendents show. pretty much everyone i knew was there, and it was a good time.



can i just say how amazing it is to see your friends' faces on huge screens? also, fucked up apparently have the #2 selling record (on vinyl) in canada. right behind lady gaga. RIGHT BEHIND LADY GAGA. that's pretty awesome.

friday night was low key, some wine, a bar, etc.

saturday brought an unexpected boat cruise.





these guys wanted a flash (lifted their shirt up). i blew them a kiss instead because i am a classy lady.



sorry, i don't know any of you. but i'm sure you're very nice.



i asked rennick to act like he was on a boat. this is what i got. i would say he understands what being on a boat looks like.

SUNDAY: father's day, and productive laundry/chore day! please note mess in the background. piles of clothes.



a perfect rose. i stood and stared at it for a while on the way to the laundromat. it was at eye level right by the sidewalk. i had a moment with it. i hope it knows it is appreciated.

always an impressive display outside this place



after house stuff was pool time with buds. got to wish dave happy first father's day as a father. that was nice. guacamole was made, sun was soaked. you know, i wouldn't have to take so many pictures of myself if someone else would bother to once in a while.



babies were swaddled in towels



feet that were torn up (see blisters) from standing all day saturday were rested.
