last sunday i woke up early(ish) (for a sunday) so i could take my time and do it right. i find i get SO HUNGRY by the end of the run since i slept in and can't eat first that i end up cutting it short and sprinting home for a huge brunch.

i try to find routes that are off the beaten path, it's just so much more peaceful and enjoyable when you're looking at trees instead of traffic.

leaves, i love you.

no leaves, i love you too.

this was sunday's run. i felt good about it. i want to get to a comfortable 8 then i'll work on my speed. i have been told that i'm "slow", although i think i'm just "normal" but i still would like to prove that person wrong.

i love this app (Nike+GPS). it means you don't have to plan a route, you can just GO but still keep track of how far you've gone and how fast you're going. plus, famous athletes cheer you on if you're about to hit a record. sounds cheesy, but it helps.
snuck one in on Tuesday too, before girls night, which is good because i ate a lot of cheese. be active, feel good, eat well, have some cheese. rules to live by.
