back attack

it's going to take a few days for me to figure out all the photos and stuff, but why don't we just start at the beginning for now?

we arrived at about 5:30, just in time to catch the sun and get settled before the night began.

photo 3.JPG

a vodka water was in order. i had not yet accepted that i was on vacation and could have any drink i could dream up.

HI BUDS FROM FAR AND WIDE!!

HI, LIPSTICK!

photo 1.JPG

right after dinner a few of us whisked our way (by golfcart of course) over to "the google guy"'s villa for a fundraiser he has every year. i didn't get to go last time because my flight left too early (it always does. it's always "too early" to leave).

these are the stairs you could have had if you worked for google in the beginning.

photo 3.JPG

this is the kind of infinity pool you could have had if you...see above. we are looking at the end of the infinity pool here. yes, infinity pools have an end.

photo 4.JPG

of course we partook in the wacky photobooth.

now THAT is a topbun. martin wins this photobooth due to his hair (wig) being in motion for the last shot. and also for unbuttoning his shirt. it's so easy to add things, but no one ever thinks of undressing.

we didn't stay too long, but got home nice and tired from the day of travel. lay down to read and fell asleep pretty quickly.

next morning: right, i'm in paradise. time to get relaxed.

photo 5.JPG

JD and SBD get down with the floaty raft.

aaaand that's pretty much what i did for the week. with a lot of drinking sprinkled in. and eating. a lot of eating.

I went and downloaded those photo booth pictures, too - ay caramba.. I think we need to make the Photobooth experience a thing at all parties from now on.
