i've been ignoring you. mostly i've been ignoring taking pictures and have just been living in the moment. it's pretty good. have been busy busy. i was going to go out of town this weekend but decided not to at the last minute. friday i had some delicious take-out thai dinner and friend hangs, saturday i did a whole bunch of house stuff and then went to julia's with the intention of going to a bbq down the street from her. we ended up sitting around and chatting till it was too late to show up. sometimes you just need a good girl hang.

the marigolds have turned out monstrous. they are dominating the boxes. poor petunias didn't stand a chance.
sunday i headed to the beach with lauren and co. i took one picture. here it is:
