this little snow leopard hopped into my arms at the corner of christie and davenport during a cold snap, put her little paws on my shoulder, and buried her face in my neck. she had no home to speak of, so that was that. i was in love.

so was she. she was the luckiest little tiny cat, and we were so lucky to have found her. this is where she would sleep. she couldn't get close enough. like a little fur scarf.

i'm so thankful that i knew her. i thought that cats were standoffish and not to be trusted, she showed me that you get what you give with animals.

the day she died i cried and cried. it was so unfair, it broke my heart. regardless, it is always worth it to take one in, your life will always be better with an animal in it.
