you seem to be where i belong

outside, inside, repeat. these photos are in a loose order only. there were so many walks/skis/snowshoes that it's hard to keep them straight.

i think this must have been a beaver that came out of the water, turned around and went back in. i really can't think of anything else that would have made those marks on the snow.

so cute! i imagine it sniffing the air and then going back to it's underwater home. although i couldn't see a home anywhere.

the ice was paper-thin. you can see the rocks below it.

we spent quite a while throwing sticks out onto it, to see how far they would go.

It's so good! As are the tea cocktails. Perfect way to warm up (while getting drunk) after a ski!
