the lake, as it is wont to do, changed almost daily. it would freeze, then snow, then melt, then freeze, and every in between stage had it's own feeling. i already put some photos of it up
here, but here are more. as you can tell, i spent a large amount of time standing in front of the window, staring out over the lake.






on a melty day we went exploring by the shore.







after it melted, it re-froze, perfectly smooth, and covered in sparkling, spiky, crystal cluster formations.



everywhere.


it was unbelieveably beautiful

the mist had covered most everything around the lake in ice.

magic world.
